SHIPPING

How long will it take to receive my strap once I place my order?

Our straps are available for immediate shipment and are shipped out within one business day from the time the order is placed. Shipments within the India are shipped at a cost of Rs. 200 charge and will arrive between two - five business days.

Please note the following:

Orders placed by 12:00 PM IST, Monday through Friday, will ship out the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day.

Standard overnight orders placed on Friday before 12:00 PM IST will arrive the following Monday. Standard overnight orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM IST, or Standard Overnight orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday, will ship on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Does Horus India ship worldwide? Will I have to pay duties and taxes on my international shipment?

Horus India only ships to all states with the territory of India.

STRAPS

What if a strap for my watch is not listed on the website?

Several models of our straps will fit a variety of watches. To inquire about your watch, please email sales@jajwatches.com

We also offer straps in standard 20mm, 22mm, 24mm, and 26mm lug widths, which will fit nearly any watch with straight lugs.

Will my strap fit exactly the same as OEM?

Yes – we guarantee perfect fitment on all of our straps.

What if I need a shorter or longer strap?

Our straps are able to be adjusted to multiple sizes. We do not accept custom orders at the moment.

Are these straps waterproof?

Our rubber straps are waterproof. Our carbon & leather straps are not waterproof and we do not recommend exposing them to water or any other liquid. If your strap does come into contact with water, we recommend immediately drying it off with a paper towel or cloth.

Return & Exchange Policy

You may return or exchange full-price straps within 15 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn and in perfect condition.

Discounted straps may be exchanged within 15 days, but are not eligible for refunds.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns or exchanges.
